Our Story

Care Crew Property Services has a proud 30 year history servicing body corporate properties throughout Melbourne.

We exist to create great spaces to work and live. Our job is to care for our clients’ buildings as if we own them. We know that each property and its residents are different and we are here to listen to and meet their particular needs.

We know our work has real impact on the quality of people’s lives. We are not just cleaners and gardeners. We are Care Crew – creating environments where people thrive and feel happy to work or come home to.

Care Crew is led by Executive Director Susan Jones, who acquired the business in June 2023 after a long career in entrepreneurship and small business.

Caretaking is not just something we tack on to other types of cleaning services. It’s what we do all day every day. We understand how to look after a property well and communicate with owners corporation committees and body corporate property managers to give you the information you need.

Accountable Caretaking & Cleaning

We give you a high visibility on what is happening on your site Visit reports with photos and checklists for every visit so you can see what is being done on your site. Periodical work order reports with before and after photos and a description of the work completed so you can see we have done exactly what we have said we will do and to a high standard.

    At Care Crew, we believe that creating clean, well kept and well looked spaces makes a significant difference to the quality of people's lives. When a person work in or comes home to a building which is clean and cared for it creates a sense of personal pride and belonging which in turn affects the culture of the whole building and ripples out to the local community. We find that as we improve the condition of the property, the building becomes more than just a place where residents live or work but a place they want to be and feel they belong.

    Extreme Ownership

    We care for your building as if we own it. We hold ourselves to a high standard of work on every property. If we make a mistake, we own it and fix it.

    We are proactive about creating great spaces to live in, taking responsibility for improving each property as much as we can. We track, carry out and report on any periodical work needed.

    Teamwork

    We are part of the team that looks after your building, working with the Owners Corporation Committee, your OC manager and other trades to make the building a great place to live. We are the eyes on the ground and are proactive about reporting maintenance issues and suggesting improvements to the amenity and value of the property.
    We generally work in teams of two on-site as it allows us to deliver better quality, accountability and proactive care for your property.
